Liquid Luxe Bartending

The host of the event is responsible for buying/bringing the liquor, mixers , and liqueur if needed. The bartender is responsible for making the beverages provided .

-professional bartenders -bar tools and equipment -signature and custom menus . -set up, & cleanup of bar area -standard first aid kit -cups, straws and napkins, -garbage -luxury bar setup -transportation -garnishes -up to 5 hours hours of bartending for standard packages ( more hours can be added if needed) -tables -coolers -prebatching beverages for large parties ( quicker to serve )

Yes ! We make sure we are completely insured and licensed for every event we are apart of . All requirements for bartending are taken care of as well . The only thing the host will need to get before the event, is a liquor operating license for the venue , which usually takes about a week or two to get approved ( If located in the Okanagan , you can do this at City Hall. )

For booking the events with Liquid Luxe , we require a 50% deposit down to secure the spot . The other 50% of the final price will be invoiced 1 month before event . The final payment will need to be accepted before we do service . 20% gratuity is expected per bartender. This can be handled either through payment of services or at the event . ( more information available once sending us an enquiry ) For cancellations , we understand things happen. Unless its for unforeseen circumstances that you cannot control, we unfortunately do not do refunds, but we are able to reschedule .
