LEGAL DISCLAIMER AND LIABILITY :
Bartenders of LLB are not responsible for injuries ,damages, or incidents caused by guest behavior or alcohol consumption
We also reserve the right to refuse service to intoxicated or disrupted guests .
Bartenders may stop service if safety or legal concerns arise .
ALCOHOL AND LICENSING:
The client is fully responsible for supplying all alcohol for the event.
Once a phone call with me gets scheduled , I can go over exactly how much you will need to purchase for your guests, so you avoid over or under buying.
For British Columbia laws, the client of the event is responsible for obtaining any required liquor licenses or permits for the event. The bartender is not liable for fines, violations or penalties related to Alcohol licensing or service laws.
SERVICE TIME /PEOPLE/GRATUITY:
Service time begins and ends as agreed upon in the booking. Additional time requested on the day of the event is subject to availability , and an hourly rate.
Any event or celebration with over 50 people , will automatically require a second bartender.

A gratuity charge is NOT added to the final pricing for the event. Gratuity is greatly appreciated at the event either via cash or portable devices at event.
