Payment and Refund Policy
PAYMENT SCHEDULE :
After having a meeting or phone call with someone and you are ready to book with us , all bookings require payment before before the booking date to secure timeframes, bar set up and staff.
DEPOSITS AND FINAL PAYMENTS:
Deposits are not refundable. If the event needs to be cancelled , are are more than happy to work with you to discuss rescheduling the event.
The remaining balance for final payment is non refundable once paid .
LATE CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellations made 20 days or less before the event are not eligible for any refund, including the deposit.
If uncontrolled situations occur , like weather, sickness etc., we are willing to have a conversation to see what we can accommodate.
Late/sudden bookings may also be subject to a higher charge.
